Additionally, you have the 3D manipulation triad at the bottom right corner that allows you to translate, rotate, and pan.

The following is achieved by left mouse clicking once the icon for the action appears.

Simply hover over the triad and icon "tags" that appear when you hover the axes (X, Y, Z) showing an double headed arrow implying linear translation along that axis.


Now, if you hover of the arcs on the triad a curved arrow icon appears implying rotation about that axis. 

To Pan, hover over either the 3/4 section or 1/4 section and a parallelogram icon appears. 

You can also drag the orgin of this traid to a portion of the mondel to manipulate it or create a section view. Explore this on your own and noticed what occurs.

Video link :-  Creating Lines Prerequisites    In the Sketch section the Dimensional  and Geometrical Constraints  should be active.           All SmartPick  options must be active. Note  Use SmartPicks  to increase productivity. Look at the geometric symbols that appear when constructing geometry. By reviewing these symbols, you will know if you are creating unwanted geometric constraints. Hold SHIFT to deactivate SmartPick when creating geometry.
